Key Responsibilities

As a WordPress Developer/Designer Intern, you will:

Utilize popular page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, and WPBakery Page Builder (or child themes) to create visually appealing, fully functional WordPress websites tailored to user experience and business needs.
Ensure fast loading speeds, seamless navigation, and an enhanced user experience. Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that may arise in a remote work environment.
Optimize websites by refining content, images, meta tags, and site structures to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Continuously learn about new trends, WordPress updates, and emerging web technologies to enhance website functionality and design.

Academic Background

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field.

Requirements

A Good portfolio showcasing previous work in WordPress development and design is required.
Knowledge of WordPress CMS, Elementor, Gutenberg, and WPBakery Page Builder is essential. Familiarity with theme and plugin development is a plus.
A Good grasp of web design principles, responsive design techniques, and SEO best practices to enhance website functionality and visibility.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, communicate design concepts, and collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive in a fast-paced remote work environment. A passion for continuous learning is essential.
