Human Resources Internship (Remote)

AssetTrackPro is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to assist with a variety of HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach. Proactively build a diverse talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
Support the recruitment cycle by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with senior HR staff to streamline the hiring process efficiently.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing follow-up communications, addressing inquiries, and keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding new hires by facilitating a smooth integration process, ensuring necessary documentation is completed, and helping them adapt to company policies and culture.
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging HR practices, and market expansion opportunities to support strategic decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.
Engage with potential clients, business partners, and external stakeholders to foster relationships and identify collaboration opportunities that align with the company’s business objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are eager to gain HR experience and contribute to our team. The ideal candidate should have:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
