Asset Track Pro offers a high-precision Radar Level Sensor designed for the demanding conditions of the chemical and oil and gas industries. This device operates on the principle of electromagnetic wave transmission, reflection, and reception—typically utilizing microwaves. It emits a microwave pulse that reflects upon encountering the surface of a liquid or solid, and the receiver captures the returning signal. By accurately measuring the time interval between emission and reception and factoring in the propagation speed of the microwaves, the sensor calculates the exact distance to the material surface, providing an accurate measurement of liquid or material levels.
