Job Description

Are you a driven, proactive individual with an interest in Human Resources? AssetTrackPro offers an HR Partner – Recruitment & Onboarding Internship, designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational growth. You will be working alongside senior HR professionals to support our company’s recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall success of our expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), and outreach efforts.
  • Research and suggest new strategies for attracting top talent across various industries, including tech, engineering, and operations.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms, screen incoming resumes, and help coordinate interview schedules with senior HR staff.
  • Manage candidate communication, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain Good candidate relationships to foster a positive employer brand.
  • Support new hires with the onboarding process, including preparation of employment documents, orientation, and introduction to the company culture.
  • Ensure smooth employee integration by providing necessary resources and assistance.
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for organizational growth within the North American market.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions by analyzing industry developments that impact talent acquisition and HR strategies.
  • Help engage with potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Assist in establishing relationships that enhance AssetTrackPro’s presence and expand its network around the world.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidates with an interest in HR operations, talent management, and business growth initiatives in the North American context are preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience using recruitment software (Workday, BambooHR) a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in HR functions, particularly in recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to company growth.
