Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and engaging candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
Support the recruitment team by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help streamline the hiring process to ensure an efficient, effective experience for both candidates and HR staff.
Ensure positive candidate experiences by maintaining clear communication, answering queries, and managing follow-up communications throughout the hiring process.
Play a key role in fostering relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
Assist in the seamless onboarding process for new hires, including documentation management, employee integration, and ensuring timely completion of all required paperwork.
Help ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported as they transition into their roles.
Contribute to research on emerging HR practices, recruitment trends, and market opportunities that align with the company’s growth initiatives.
Help identify industry trends and talent acquisition strategies that will enhance AssetTrackPro’s recruitment practices and competitive positioning.
Support engagement efforts with business partners, clients, and external contacts to explore opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships.
Help maintain relationships with stakeholders to assist in HR-related initiatives and business growth.

Educational Background

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree (MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
