Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and engaging candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Support the recruitment team by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help streamline the hiring process to ensure an efficient, effective experience for both candidates and HR staff.
- Ensure positive candidate experiences by maintaining clear communication, answering queries, and managing follow-up communications throughout the hiring process.
- Play a key role in fostering relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Assist in the seamless onboarding process for new hires, including documentation management, employee integration, and ensuring timely completion of all required paperwork.
- Help ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported as they transition into their roles.
- Contribute to research on emerging HR practices, recruitment trends, and market opportunities that align with the company’s growth initiatives.
- Help identify industry trends and talent acquisition strategies that will enhance AssetTrackPro’s recruitment practices and competitive positioning.
- Support engagement efforts with business partners, clients, and external contacts to explore opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships.
- Help maintain relationships with stakeholders to assist in HR-related initiatives and business growth.
Educational Background
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree (MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
