NB-IoT

Overview

NB-IoT is a cellular-based Low Power Wide Area Network technology designed to provide reliable, long-range communication for distributed industrial and commercial assets. Secure narrowband connectivity supports operational oversight by enabling remote telemetry, status monitoring, and infrastructure visibility across geographically dispersed facilities.

Non-broadband IoT communication operates within licensed cellular spectrum, ensuring controlled network access, improved signal penetration, and reduced interference compared to many unlicensed wireless systems. NB-IoT networks are widely deployed across utility infrastructure, equipment fleets, environmental monitoring stations, and industrial facilities where stable low-bandwidth data transmission is required. Reliable device connectivity enables maintenance teams and operations managers to monitor asset condition, optimize service intervals, and strengthen compliance reporting across complex infrastructure ecosystems.
