Description
Overview
It is a RFID system specially developed for semiconductor manufacturing, which meets the world SEMI standard. The operating frequency is 134.2KHZ, and the HDX half-duplex data transmission mode is adopted, which is compatible with the CID carrier produced by Texas Instruments. It has excellent read and write reliability and environmental resistance, and is compatible with SECS instructions, which can be seamlessly connected to the existing semiconductor production equipment.
